Kacee is passionate about building strong relationships with her clients and ensuring they are properly protected with the right insurance plan which meets their needs.

She specialises in Farm and Truck Insurance, providing expert guidance in these areas.

Kacee is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) and is a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP).  She holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking). Kacee is an ASIC Tier 1 accredited Authorised Representative of Ausure Pty Ltd

Outside of her professional commitments, Kacee cherishes quality time with her husband, two daughters, and son. She is also involved in her local football and netball team, the Wodonga Saints.

Maddison rejoined DBK Insurance Solutions in 2021, having previously worked with us in the early days. Before returning, she spent 10 years as a nurse in aged care, where she honed her people skills and developed the ability to build strong rapport with others—skills she now brings to her role with our clients.

Maddison is an ASIC Tier 1 accredited Authorised Representative of Ausure Pty Ltd and is passionate about helping our clients navigate the complexities of the insurance industry. She ensures that their insurance coverage is customized to meet their specific needs and circumstances.

She specialises in Home & Contents, Motor, and Landlord Insurance and has recently taken on a commercial role at DBK, supporting our Property Owners and Public Liability clients.

Outside of work, Maddison is heavily involved with the Barnawartha Netball Club, where she plays, coaches, and serves as the club’s Co-President. When not at netball, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the bushland through 4WD driving with her partner, and indulging in fishing and coastal adventures.

Di brings over 35+ years of experience in the insurance industry and co-founded DBK Insurance Solutions with Lesley. Before this, she worked at Dawson & Batters and, prior to that, at GIO in their Albury office

Specialising in Residential Body Corporate/Strata Title, Home & Contents, Motor, Caravan, Trailer, and Boat insurance, Di provides valuable guidance when it comes to safeguarding your assets with reliable, honest advice.

Di is an accredited ASIC Tier 1 Authorised Representative of Ausure Pty Ltd.

In her free time, Di loves spending time with her family at their “summer home” on Lake Hume, jet skiing, and is an avid reader.

Ruben Bennett

Ruben started her career in the insurance industry in 2018 and joined the DBK team in December of the same year. Since then, she has achieved Tier 2 accreditation with ASIC, gaining the expertise needed to help our clients secure the right insurance for their Homes, Motor Vehicles, Caravans/RVs, and Boats.

Ruben is an Authorised Representative of Ausure Pty Ltd

In addition to her client-facing role, Ruben provides valuable administrative and troubleshooting support to the team, ensuring the office runs efficiently.

Outside of work, Ruben enjoys skiing and wakeboarding on the water, as well as 4-wheel driving on land exploring the diverse local area.

Amelia joined the team in December 2023, quickly proving herself as a valuable member by providing strong administrative support. With a keen ability to implement efficient systems and come up with creative solutions, she has made a big impact on the team’s workflow. Her methodical approach and strategic problem-solving skills have led to her recent promotion to Administration Manager.

This year, Amelia is expanding her professional expertise by pursuing insurance studies, further strengthening her skill set.

Outside of work, Amelia enjoys exploring new places on day trips, relaxing with picnics, reading, and spending quality time with her family.
