Lesley has been involved in the insurance industry for over 40 years and has an extensive knowledge of the ever-changing insurance landscape.  An opportunity arose in 2011 to commence her own practice specialising in General Insurance, following a restructure of Dawson & Batters, and that is when DBK Insurance Solutions commenced.

Lesley and her team strive to help their clients find the solutions to their insurance needs, providing them with the confidence that they are adequately protected should the unexpected happen.

Lesley is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB) of NIBA and holds a Diploma of Insurance Broking.  Lesley is an ASIC Tier 1 accredited Authorised Representative of Resilium Insurance Broking Pty Ltd.

In her spare time, Lesley enjoys spending time with her husband and catching up with family and friends.

Di Ryan

Di has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry and founded DBK Insurance Solutions with Lesley, previously working for Dawson & Batters and prior to this working for GIO in their Albury Office.

Di specialises in Home, Contents, Motor, Caravan, Trailer, Boat and Body Corporate/Strata Title insurance. When it comes to protecting your valuable assets, it helps to have someone you can turn to for some honest advice.

Di is an Affiliate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) and is a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP).  Di is accredited as an ASIC Tier 1 Authorised Representative of  Resilium Insurance Broking Pty Ltd.

In her spare time Di enjoys spending time with her family at their “summer home” on Lake Hume, jet skiing and is an avid reader.

Kacee has been in the insurance industry for over 10 years and joined the team at DBK Insurance Solutions in 2017. Kacee works part-time on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Kacee is passionate about developing her relationship with our clients by building strong relationships and ensuring that our clients are properly protected with the right insurance plan which meets their needs.

Kacee is an Affiliate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute and Finance (ANZIIF) and is a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP). She is accredited as an ASIC Tier 1 Authorised Representative of Resilium Insurance Broking P/L and holds a Diploma of Insurance Broking

Tricia joined the team in August 2021 with 30+ years’ experience within various sectors of the insurance industry.

Tricia specialises in commercial insurance products, in particular business, transport and rural and enjoys building new relationships with clients by taking a consultative approach to provide the best experience possible.

Tricia is a Certified Insurance Professional and Senior Associate member of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) and holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking). Tricia is an ASIC Tier 1 accredited Authorised Representative of Resilium Insurance Broking Pty Ltd.

Away from work Tricia is actively involved within the Albury Wodonga business and philanthropic community and believes that at some stage in our life, we will find ourselves in a position where we are able to give back to our community. There are so many wonderful organisations supporting the community and sometimes they just need someone to lend them a hand.

Ruben Bennett

Ruben commenced working in the insurance industry in 2018 and joined the team at DBK in December 2018. During this time she has assisted the team with researching insurance options for our clients and processing home, motor, boat and caravan insurance renewals.

Ruben is an ASIC Tier 2 accredited Authorised Representative of Resilium Insurance Broking Pty Ltd and predominately manages our Motor Vehicle insurance portfolio.

Maddison Bownds

Maddison returned to the team at DBK Insurance Solutions in 2021, after previously working with us in the early days whilst studying nursing.

Maddison is an ASIC Tier 2 accredited Authorised Representative of Resilium Insurance Broking Pty Ltd and enjoys working with our clients to assist them with understanding the complexities of the insurance industry and making sure their insurance cover is tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.

Maddison also provides administrative and troubleshooting support to the Account Managers and makes sure the office runs smoothly.

Outside of work Maddison enjoys playing netball and catching up with family and friends.
